Pancake Talents is a Budapest-based boutique agency that represents young Hungarian filmmakers abroad. Its cinematographers showcased their work at Cannes, Venice, Sundance, Sarajevo, among others, and earned awards at the Academy Awards. The agency’s talents have substantial commercial experience, encompassing some of the world’s leading brands such as Bottega Veneta, Burger King, General Electric, McDonald's, Oreo, Prada, Telekom, Telenor, Vodafone, Volkswagen, or Xbox.

The founder of the agency is art manager Bianca Bernat.

Bianca was born in Budapest into a family renowned for film making. From the age of fifteen, she spent more than ten years in the fashion industry. During this time she traveled the world, lived in around the world from New York trough Paris to Sydney. She worked as a model for brands like L'Oreal Paris, Mazda, Redken, Vivienne Westwood, and posed for Vogue, Marie-Claire, and Elle magazines in various international editions. She signed contracts with the world's most well-known agencies, such as IMG or Women Management. Seeing the work of these top tier agency’s inspired her to develop skills on the production side. After working as a model, she got a job in film production in Budapest and worked with international companies such as Hermès fashion brand. In 2024, she will get her MA degree in design and art management at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design.

Seeing the potential for international success in Central European talents and combining her own experiences, she founded Pancake Talents.
